Being in top condition makes a difference when you take on a challenge. Isn’t in the same for tests?
There’s a piece of paper posted on BREAKERZ’ dressing room that says, “No Smoking.”
Rock is usually associated with alcohol and cigarettes, but the members of our band are all non-smokers. I’ve never smoked, not even once. I can’t take much alcohol either — I hate hangovers so I drink moderately. Think about it. If, for example, I drink alcohol and the sing poorly the next day, wouldn’t that be awful?
I think it’s the same for tests. Between taking on a challenge in top condition, and taking on it with a handicap you yourself created — the difference is huge.
It may not seem like it, but a rocker’s body is his own capital. If I ruin my vocal cords with cigarettes and get all dizzy with alcohol, then I won’t be able to hold a concert that I’d be satisfied with. That’s why I’m a rocker who prioritizes health!
